Mindfulness can be used therapeutically to help you move forward in your life. Using meditative techniques can help reduce stress, anxiety, and help you deal with trauma. Negative thoughts can be received by our minds, but our mind and body can be trained to not react negatively. Feelings and thoughts can be recognized, but not allowed to take over how you think and feel.
