    Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep, is a deep form of relaxation that helps the body feel rested and can bring the body to a similar blissful state that we experience when we are sleeping. During Yoga Nidra, the body is relaxed but the mind is awake. The focus is outward.

    During meditation, the body focuses inward. Meditation can take many forms and it is important to find the type that works for you.
